Instructions

DO NOT proceed until the used cooking oil has cooled down.

Wear appropriate protective gear and equipment as required by your business.

Wheel the unit close to the fryer and check your surroundings.

No power connection is required for discarding used cooking oil.

Lift the unit’s cover, located on the top of the unit.

Ensure that the grate (crumb catch) is securely in place and clean. You should be able to clearly see holes for the oil to drain through.

Visibly inspect through the holes of the grate to ensure the unit is not already full. DO NOT CONTINUE if it’s full, call Cookers on 1300 88 22 99 for assistance.

Dispose the used cooking oil into the grate at a slow, steady pace until all oil has drained through into the lower compartment of the unit.
09
Always remove crumbs and food debris from the grate and dispose solid waste into the rubbish bin to ensure the unit is ready for its next use.
10
Close the cover back over the unit, and return to its designated storage position for the Cookers Team to collect the used cooking oil during your next scheduled collection.

Wipe down any spills or excess oil from the unit to avoid product build-up.
