Topping up fresh oil

Instructions

01Wheel in the storage unit.

06Turn the unit off once the fryer is full of oil.

02Plug in the power at the rear side of the unit.

07Recoil the hose with nozzle facing upwards.

03To access the hose, open the door and pull out the pin.

08Close the door with the pin.

04To recirculate oil, place nozzle in filler cap, turn on the unit and squeeze for one minute.

09Unplug the power and wheel the unit back into its storage position.

05Point the nozzle into the fryer and fill with oil.
